RESPA

Effective January 1, 2009, Mavent recalculates the HUD-1/1A values based upon submitted fees to determine if itemized fees are consistent with disclosed values. Mavent will also compare the disclosed GFE values with the disclosed HUD-1/1A amounts based on the loan data submitted to the System to determine if the loan is within the permissible tolerances ($0 and 10%):

  • Our Origination Charge
  • Your Credit or Charge for Specific Rate Chosen
  • Your Adjusted Origination Charges
  • Lender Required Services
  • Government Recording Charges
  • Transfer Taxes
