Custom Enterprise Rules

Mavent will develop and maintain specific business rules to enforce internal compliance policies or investor specific program requirements. Enterprise rules run alongside Mavent’s Baseline Rules. For example, a client could use enterprise rules to conduct custom review for the following:

  • Enforce lending programs and policies
  • Identify waived fees
  • Manage broker compensation
  • Conform to investor and/or GSE requirements
