Deployment Options
Each ACE can be deployed via a web-interface solution that provides both manual and batch upload, or a combination of the two. Fully-integrated ACEs are built into a client’s LOS or production system, enabling real-time processing of loans for compliance.
MC2 Web-based Interface
Ideal for clients who do not have access to the loan data required for a Mavent review in electronic format. End users enter in the required data, run a compliance review and receive, within seconds, a summary report of the compliance review. Data input can be minimized through the use of templates.
Automated Batch
Ideal for clients who have access to the loan data required for a Mavent review through standard secondary market data tapes or customized digital data formats (e.g. Excel CSV, Pipe Delimited and S&P files or Mavent proprietary XML). Additional data input can be minimized through the use of templates.
Fully-Integrated
Ideal for clients who prefer to have their ACE integrated within their loan origination system, underwriting engine, or other production system. By establishing “trigger points” origination lenders can process loan data at any time during the underwriting, drawing documents or funding process. At each trigger point, loan file data is automatically extracted and reviewed in a matter of seconds.
