What are Baseline Compliance Reviews?

Depending on the Lender Profile and Deployment Options, some reviews may require coupling with others in order to provide a more precise review.

Client Positions -- Overrides select Baseline Compliance Reviews so that I can take more liberal or conservative positions on specific areas of law.
Enterprise Rules -- Adds to the Baseline Compliance Reviews to incorporate my specific institution’s compliance policies, such as broker compensation caps or specific fees limits and floors.
