Mavent considers each client’s compliance review needs, lender profiles and any unique interpretations or compliance policies, including each of its client’s business channels, when building an ACE.
Compliance Review Scope
The backbone to each client-customized ACE is Mavent's extensive library of meticulously-developed Baseline Compliance Reviews. These reviews are jointly developed and supported by Mavent's in-house Legal Team and its network of nationally recognized consumer credit law firms, which includes Hudson Cook, Buckley Kolar and Pierce Atwood - the same legal experts on which leading mortgage institutions rely. Clients can select which reviews to include in their ACE based on the organization’s unique needs.
Custom Rules
Mavent gives clients the ability to maintain complete control of their compliance risk management. Clients are able to customize its reviews and rules according to their unique interpretations and compliance policies. Notwithstanding this, many clients opt to adopt Mavent’s conservative baseline rules without change.
